At The Plush Effect, we value quality and customer satisfaction. Please note that all sales are final.

 

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges—no exceptions. Every order goes through a strict quality control process to ensure you receive only the best quality hair. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

 

Shipping Policy

 

For Hair on Hand, please allow 1–2 business days for processing. During checkout, you may choose between local pickup or shipping. Shipping time will depend on the method selected (excluding weekends and holidays).

 

Once your order has been processed, a tracking number will be sent to the email address you provide at checkout. Please ensure your email is accurate and active to receive updates.

 

⚠️ Important: Once your order leaves our facility, we are not responsible for any lost, damaged, or delayed shipments. Please track your package and ensure someone is available to receive it to avoid missed deliveries. Upon arrival, please inspect your order immediately to confirm accuracy and satisfaction.

 

We currently ship through UPS or FedEx only.
